Gin in pies! Gin with pies! What's not to love?
On this UNIQUE one day course, especially for World Gin Day, you'll learn how to hand raise a show-stopping GIN INFUSED GAME PIE worthy of any banquet. If you've never made a game (or pork) pie before, it's really good fun, incredibly satisfying and not as tricky as it looks. Many botanicals work well in pies, as they do in gin - Cubebs work with game, Long Pepper with chicken, and of course Juniper with venison - so you'll get to explore a whole new dimension through the medium of pie. I'll be selecting a handful of gins that will work well in the pies and alongside, and you'll get to taste the lot!
Lunch is included and you'll take home your own mini raised pies and recipes.
