The Botanist Gin and Rosewood hotel are proud to announce their collaboration, which has inspired the construction of a beautiful summer greenhouse in the middle of the hotel’s famous Edwardian courtyard.
Complete with luscious foliage, hanging terrariums and refreshing cocktails, The Botanist Greenhouse at Rosewood London is the perfect suntrap, providing a much-needed al fresco hideaway from central London’s bustling crowds.
Hand-crafted and distilled on the Scottish island of Islay, The Botanist is a truly unique gin. Nine classic botanicals are augmented with 22 local herbs and flowers, all foraged responsibly by hand by botanical scientists from the hills, shores and marshes of the Hebridean island.
With The Gin Bar, located within Holborn Dining Room, housing over 530 gins, the expert team there has used their extensive knowledge of botanicals to create a bespoke cocktail menu. Served exclusively in The Botanist greenhouse, the drinks have been mixed to complement the complex flavours of The Botanist – from apple mint to coriander with anise undertones and citrus, to honey from thistle, coconut from gorse and wild mint – the menu covers a range of tastes which are sure to cater to any visiting forager’s preferences.
