Berners Tavern at The London EDITION will be celebrating in style this World Gin Day, and throughout June, with an exclusive dessert celebrating the most British of drinks - the Gin & Tonic.
One of Berners Tavern's most popular desserts, the team have given their flaming Baked Alaska a gin-soaked update, with Gin & cucumber sorbet and flamed tableside with gin! Available now for two to share for £18.
Inspired by the classic muted colours of Johannes Vermeer paintings and American artist Donald Judd, Berners Tavern has taupe coloured walls, dusty rose chairs, and a subtle play between modern and period detail. Tub chairs in the front of the space create a café-like setting, while banquettes in chestnut mohair and taupe leather and round, rift cut bleached oak tables define the central dining area. This gastronomic gem is under the direction of Executive Chef Jason Atherton. Berners Tavern boasts 140 covers, serving guests breakfast, lunch and dinner.
