World Gin Day at Chuckle Park! (Melbourne)

World Gin Day is on Saturday 11 June and to celebrate, we’re featuring our delicious gin-based Chuckle Park cocktails!

West Side Gin Fizz: our Park twist on a classic takes Hendricks gin and blends it with elderflower liqueur, lime and cucumber.

Tennessee Iced Tea: this Southern cousin of the Long Island Iced Tea features gin alongside vodka, whiskey, tequila, rum and fresh lemon and lime.

Aviation: a floral Prohibition-era drop using Tanqueray, Luxardo maraschino liqueur, creme de violette and fresh lemon juice.

Tom Collins: a tall, timeless refresher that blends Hayman’s Old Tom Gin with lemon juice, sugar and soda.

Dirty Martini: to make this classic we use Never Never Triple Juniper Gin, Maidenii dry vermouth and Dirty Sue olive brine.
